Dr. Rajiv Saizalis an Indian politician and current Health & Family Welfare and Ayurveda Minister of Government of Himachal Pradesh. Saizal is a member of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Kasauli constituency in Solan district. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Son of Shri Satgur Dass; born on 11th July, 1971 at Haripur-Khol, Distt. Sirmour; B.A.M.S.; married to Dr. Renu Saizal; one son; Medical Practitioner (Ayurvedic).

Remained General Secretary: BJP Doctor’s Cell, ii) BJP Distt. Solan; and President, BJP, Distt. Solan.

Elected to the State Legislative Assembly in 2007; re-elected in 2012; and remained Member, General Development and Rural Planning Committees, 2008-12.

Re-elected to the thirteenth   Vidhan Sabha  (3rd  term ) in December, 2017; and inducted into Council of Ministers as Social Justice and  Empowerment  Minister along with portfolio of Cooperation  on 27th December, 2017.
